Beginner/Intermediate

The first 4 weeks of this purpose-designed strengthening program uses nothing but your own body weight and a few household items.

​

The combination of HIIT, calisthenics strength training, core work and stretching is accessible and perfectly paced to build you up quickly without pushing too hard.

​

The aim here is to build a strong baseline for your strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is, this beginner plan will get you up to speed fast and set you up perfectly for Level 2.

Intermediate/Advanced

The second 4-week strengthening program in the series brings more reps and harder exercises to help build on your progress.
 
Designed to follow on from Level 1, this plan is a step-up. You may already have a good base to work from, in which case this could be a good starting point.

By the time those 4-weeks are up, you’ll be ready for the next stage: Level 3.

AT HOME WORKOUTS

Our carefully designed workouts are different every day to keep the program fresh and satisfying. They'll help you push your limits, try new things and build confidence in your body. Working with nothing more than your own body weight and some basic household items, these sessions are designed to get fast, visible results from the comfort of your own home.

PROGRESSION

As the weeks go on you will notice the intensity of the workouts increase. Without it, your body does not adapt and will never get bigger or stronger beyond a certain point. We ensure you are getting the right stimulus to see real change.

ON HAND COACH

I will be there with you on call right through the course to answer any questions you may have, check form if needed or just to provide a bit of a motviation boost.

PRECISION APP

This is the hub of the plan. Once you have signed up you will have access to our app, the ultimate fitness tool in your pocket. From the app you can view, run and log your workouts with detailed exercise descriptions and videos. You can log your nutrition. Log measurements and progress photos. You can also message me through the app for help or advice.

PRE SCHEDULED WORKOUT PLAN

We make it easy to know what workout you are carrying out on which day. With an in built calendar showing what you have coming up, as well as notification's to remind you what is on today, we get rid of the guesswork.

EASY TO FOLLOW NUTRITION ADVICE

You won't find any fad diets in our plans. Just solid nutritional advice and the tools to help you workout what you should be doing. The plans are completely flexible and fit easily to any lifestyle. By teaching you a few key concepts and providing tools for you to use we empower you to make real, long lasting changes.

REST AND RECOVERY

Scheduled in to the program are rest days, stretching days and lighter core workout days. Allowing your body adequate time to recover and rebuild while helping build suppleness and core stability.
